ZIA Care works 7 days a week, 365 days a year to provide support in clients own home environments and in the community, and can provide tailored care for a range of different clients.
We offer a direct personal service to clients and are able to skilfully match our carers to the specific needs and personalities of our clients because we take time to understand their unique requirements and cultural preferences.

Our staffs are employed on a permanent basis; we do not employ casual workers. All our staff are fully vetted and they are required to provide a DBS before starting work.
Our staff are selected for their experience, skills set, compassionate nature and reliability. We support our staff with weekly team meetings, bi-annual supervision and one-to-one annual appraisals.
We train our staff fully prior to deployment. We give them a quality of training which is both professionally recognised and certificated. There are rolling programmes through the year for training to cover key themes.
